What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
⚠️ Permanent Actions (Irreversible)
- Your profile name, contact number, and saved home/work delivery addresses will be permanently purged from active databases.
- Any unused credits, promotional discount coupons, or loyalty points will be irrevocably forfeited.
- Active sessions on all mobile devices will be immediately invalidated and signed out.
📋 What We Are Legally Required to Retain
In compliance with Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws and financial auditing regulations, copies of past commercial tax invoices and payment transaction references will be archived securely for the statutory statutory limitation period (typically 7 years) solely for taxation compliance and legal disputes.
