Once your order is confirmed, tap the "Orders" tab on your TownSaathi app. You will see a live GPS map displaying your delivery partner or driver moving in real-time along with accurate remaining minutes (ETA) and a direct call button.

If a restaurant or grocery merchant is out of stock, they will immediately notify you or cancel that specific line item. For any damaged or spoiled goods delivered, simply tap Help on Order in the app within 2 hours of delivery. Our support team issues an instant credit to your source UPI/Bank or TownSaathi Wallet.
